REGISTER AND USE OF BI APP SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE BI APP IN ANY MANNER.

• 1. BI APP is not responsible for any data errors or errors in the display of data in our dashboards and KPIs.
• 2. BI APP is not responsible for any bugs, malfunctions or other problems that may be caused by the software.
• 3. BI APP is not responsible for any problems in processing or synchronizing data with ZOHO CRM.
• 4. BI APP can not guarantee that its product will always be functional and error-free.
• 5. BI APP can not guarantee that its solution will be accessible to users at all times.
• 6. BI APP can reduce the features offered, the number of KPIs offered, at any time, without notice.
• 7. BI APP may decide at any time to make its service payable, whether for use of the basic service, for certain features or certain KPIs, or for the use of more elaborate versions. BI APP have full rights to define the prices of subscriptions as its wishes. In such a case, the user will be offered the paid option and may decide to continue using the service in a pay mode, or simply to stop using the service.

BI APP shall not be liable to the User for any damages, claims, costs, or any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of its solution, including but not limited to loss of Profits, loss of business income, failure to realize an expected gain or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind.
